A Dinoto Karate Black Belt Essay

Imagine a life without Karate. It would be a life without discipline, humility, and respect. I still train to lean and get the most out of these character traits. It is a big misconception that people do Karate just to beat people up.

Another reason I do Karate is because I learn self defense. When I train I learn what I will need to know for the rest of my life. I will keep training and will never get too old for it unlike other sports that are physically draining.

All of the things I just mentioned effect how I train in the studio. The keep me on my toes and ready for anything the Karate Teachers throw at me.

In closing, Karate is a big part of life. It also gives me peace of mind knowing that I will always have it whenever I need it. This is why Karate is a serious subject and should be a part of every kid's life just like mine.

Without commitment there is no achievement.

Is it worth the time, effort, and money? Well - ask ANY Dinoto Karate Black Belt and you will find that they believe their achievement to be worth 100 times or even 1,000 times what it cost them in time, effort, and in money. Without exception - they believe that no other use of their time an resources would have had the same - life-long, permanent, improvement in their life that Dinoto Karate has had.

Any way - why have I written you this - and, explained our Black Belt system at great length?

Well,

I am hoping that during your intro program you will take the time to sit down with
Mrs. Dinoto or myself to discuss the specifics of our Black Belt Club/Leadership Program so that you also may be allowed to train to Black Belt (and beyond!)

Master Dinoto personally works with all DKC students during the Black Belt preparation cycle and during the Black Belt promotion process.

Please call 856 235-0414 or email us at contact@dinotokarate.com to schedule a progress conference, to find out more about our Black Belt Club or Leadership Program.

What Karate Means to Me

I do Karate because it is fun. Karate also teaches discipline, wisdom, perseverance, and many other things. For example when we are in Leadership class we are learning how to achiever our goals in the right way. This shows us how to achiever our goals. Mr. Dinoto has enthusiasm showing never to give up. This shows perseverance. We always bow and say thank you ma'am, thank you sir. This shows that we are disciplined. He also tells us not to give into peer pressure, for instance imagine your friend is smoking and tries to talk you into it; Mr. Dinoto will teach you how to say no. This shows wisdom and character.

Another reason I still do Karate is for college. Colleges look at hard workers. It should accept a person when see someone that has been doing Karate since they were four. This shows dedication. To conclude, a lot of colleges look at Karate for many useful characteristics.
